MR1:PS 8 EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAM and PS 5 EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAM has been removed from FRN 2099038594 as recipients of services at the request of the applicant.||MR2:The funding request was reduced from $32,639.04 to $22,847.04 to remove the costs associated with Head Start students and services for the following entities: PS 5 EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAM and PS 8 EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAM. Head Start students are not eligible for funding due to: the facility provides service to children below the state's minimum recognized age for Head Start.||MR3:The amount of the funding request was changed from $22,847.04 to $15095.04 to remove the costs associated with students under 3, the ineligible product(s), or service(s).
