MR1: Based upon review of your FCC Form 471 application, we were not able to validate your requested rural classification for SANGAMON VALLEY MIDDLE SCHOOL (#73055), SANGAMON VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL (#16027925), and HARRISTOWN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (#16027928). The urban/rural classification is determined by the Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) data from the US Census. The county of Macon is urban according to "Table Of Rural Areas By State." USAC only uses "Table Of Rural Areas By State" in the SLD web site at http://www.universalservice.org/sl/applicants/step04/urban-rural.aspx to determine Rural/Urban classification. The requested discount will be modified to reflect an urban classification. The discount for SANGAMON VALLEY MIDDLE SCHOOL (#73055), SANGAMON VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL (#16027925), and HARRISTOWN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (#16027928) will be modified from 70% to 60%. <><><><><> MR2: The shared discount percentage was reduced to a level that could be validated by third party data. <><><><><> MR3: The category of service was changed from Internet Access to Telecommunications in accordance with Program rules.
