MR1:The Service Start Date was changed from 7/1/2020 to 3/1/2021 to agree with the documentation provided during the review of the FCC Form 471.||MR2:The amount of the funding request was changed from $27,309.60 to $4,551.60 to reflect the correct number of 4 months of service to reflect the service start date.||MR3:The Quantity for FRN Line Item 2099076023.001 was modified from 4 to 2 to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR4:The Quantity for FRN Line Item 2099076023.002 was modified from 4 to 2 to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR5:In consultation with the applicant, GEYSERVILLE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 110931 and GEYSERVILLE NEW TECH ACADEMY 110932 have been removed from FRN 2099076023.001 and 2099076023.002.||MR6:In consultation with the applicant, this FRN was split to conduct an independent review of the respective entities receiving products and services under the FRN. The entities removed from this FRN are GEYSERVILLE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 110931 and GEYSERVILLE NEW TECH ACADEMY 110932. The new FRN is 2099087263. The entities remaining in the original FRN are HANNA BOYS CENTER 111022 and HORICON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 110887.
