MR1: The category of service was changed from Internet Access to Voice Services in accordance with Program Rules. According to the FCC Order 14-99, Voice services are subject to a phase down of support beginning in funding year 2015. As a result, the Discount Rate of this FRN was reduced from 90% to 70%. <><><><><> MR2: The Service Type, Product Type, and Purpose for FRN Line Item 1 were modified from IA Only, Standalone Internet Access, and Transport to Voice Service, Local/Long Distance Service, and Voice, respectively, to agree with the applicant documentation.
