MR1:Data Transmission and/or Internet Access Services requested in FRN are connected to eligible schools, libraries, and/or NIFs. As a result, the Connection Information questions were modified from “No” to “Yes” on this FRN since services connected to eligible schools, libraries, and/or NIFs are eligible for support.||MR2:The funding request was reduced from $4,696.00/month to $4,649.04/month to remove the costs associated with Head Start students and services for the following entities: CARVAJAL EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER #16058550, KNOX EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER #16058551, TYNAN EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER #16058552, NELSON EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER #17013238. Head Start students are not eligible for funding due to: the facility provides service to children below the state’s minimum recognized age for Head Start.
