Per program rules, closed entities are not eligible for funding. ||MR3:The FRN was modified from $58,996.00 to $41,690.00 to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR4:FRN Line Item #1999075357.001 was for both Fiber Ethernet and Taxes and USF Fees and was split to agree with the applicant documentation. The new FRN Line Item # for Taxes and USF Fees is 1999075357.002 for the amount of $1,190.00. The product or service remaining in the original FRN Line Item # is Fiber Ethernet for the amount of $40,500.00.
