MR1:The Contract Expiration Date was changed from 6/30/2019 to 12/1/2019 to agree with the documentation provided during the review of the FCC Form 471.||MR2:TheRecipients of Service for FRN 1699110149 was modified from ALL RECICPIENTS to 16084101 DAVID LONG RLC, 16071576 JURUPA EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER NIF, 16077403 RIVERSIDE COUNTY EDUCATION ACADEMY - RCOE PROGRAMS, 16025892 RIVERSIDE COUNTY OFFICE OF EDUCATION-MURRIETTA OFFICE 207329 TEMESCAL CANYON HIGH SCHOOL RCOE PROGRAMS to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR3:The funding request was reduced from $617,100.00; $835,200.00 to $610,983.12; $829,082.88 to remove the costs associated with Head Start students and services for the following entities: Perris Head Start/ State Preschool/ Early Head Start,RCC Moreno Valley Campus Head Start / State Preschool. In addition, the FCC Form 471 was modified to remove the Head Start students associated with those entities. Head Start students are not eligible for funding due to: the facility provides service to children below the state’s minimum recognized age for Head Start.
