FCDL Comment:
MR1: The discount for entity VENICE-UNI CAS/SC 101014, VENICE SKILLS CENTER 101395, NORTH VALLEY OCCUPATION CENTER 102631, NORTH VALLEY BRANCH AEWC 16076629, RINALDI ADULT CENTER 16076667 and VENICE BEACH AEWC 16076695 was decreased from 83% to 20% and EVERGREEN CONTIN HIGH SCHOOL 102580 was decreased from 90% to 50%. The applicant failed to supply documentation to support the requested discount. As a result of this action, the shared discount was decreased from 83% to 76%. <><><><><> MR2: Per Program rules, closed entities are not eligible for funding. The following closed entities were removed from Block 4 of the FCC Form 471 application; KENNEDY-SAN FERNANDO ADULT SCH and SAN FERNANDO CAS.
