MR1: The Contract Award Date was changed from 03/16/12 to 03/12/12 to agree with the documentation provided during the review of the FCC Form 471. <><><><><> MR2: The discount for entity Tweedy Learning Center 16076686 was decreased from 83% to 20%. The applicant failed to supply documentation to support the requested discount. As a result of this action, the site-specific discount was decreased 83% to 20%. <><><><><> MR3: Per Program rules, closed entities are not eligible for funding. The following closed entities were removed from Block 4 of the FCC Form 471 application; 66TH ST SITE ADULT LEARNING CENTER, AVIATION CENTER, BELL CAS, BELVEDERE CENTER, CRENSHAW CAMPUS, EASTSIDE CENTER, EL CAMINO CAS, FLOURNOY CAMPUS, FRANKLIN CAS, FREMONT CAS, GARFIELD CAS, HAMASAKI CENTER, HOLLYWOOD CAS, HUGHES ADULT CENTER, JEFFERSON CAS, KENNEDY CAS, LINCOLN CAMPUS, LOS ANGELES CAS, MAIN ST CENTER, MARIANA CENTER, MEYLER CENTER, NORTH HOLLYWOOD CAS, POLY CAS, RESEDA CAS, SAN FERNANDO CAS, SAN PEDRO SKILLS CENTER, SOUTH GATE CAS, SUN VALLEY CENTER, WASHINGTON CAS, WESTSIDE CAS, WILMINGTON SC and WILSON CAS.
