The classification of this entity was changed to Urban based on the US Census Bureau Urban/Rural designation for your location. As a result of this action, the discount of this entity was decreased from 50% to 40%. <><><><><> MR2: According to the FCC Order 14-99, Voice services are subject to a phase down of support beginning in funding year 2015.
