FCDL Comment:
The FRN is denied for failure to consider all bid options. During the course of the review it was stated that bids were received for the FRN from service providers Illinois Century Network and Proficient, in addition to the incumbent service provider, Illinois Bell Telephone. However, the vendor evaluation worksheet submitted for the FRN does not include Illinois Century Network and the FRN is denied for failure to consider all bids.
