MR1: The category of service was changed from Telcomm Services to Voice Services in accordance with Program Rules. According to the FCC Order 14-99, Voice services are subject to a phase down of support beginning in funding year 2015. As a result, the Discount Rate of this FRN was reduced from 90% to 70%. <><><><><> MR2: The FRN was modified from $4934 to $712.25 to agree with the applicant documentation. <><><><><> MR3: The Service/Product Type for FRN Line Item 1 was modified from Miscellaneous to Voice Service to agree with the applicant documentation. <><><><><> MR4:The Purpose for FRN Line Item 1 was modified from Transport to Voice to agree with the applicant documentation. <><><><><> MR5: The Type of Connection for FRN Line Item 1 was modified from Installation, Activation, and Initial Configuration to Local/Long Distance Service to agree with the applicant documentation.
