MR1: FRN 2866275 did not support that there was a state law or statute, local rule, court order, or contract executed before the effective date of the E-rate Modernization Order (FCC 14-99) barring publication of the pricing and other information provided in the Item 21. As a result, the pricing information for products and services requested in this funding request will not be considered confidential and USAC may publish or otherwise disclose this information. <><><><><> DR1: Applicant has not provided sufficient documentation needed to determine the eligibility of the following item: category 1 application filed as category 2. <><><><><> DR2: This FRN is for telecommunications but is listed under Internal Connections MIBS category of service. Per program procedures, category one and category two services must be filed on separate applications. Since this requirement was not met, the FRN is denied.
