As a result, the pricing information for products and services requested in this funding request will not be considered confidential and USAC may publish or otherwise disclose this information. <><><><><> MR2: The FRN was modified from a monthly charge of $7,489.29 to a monthly charge of $7,500.96 to agree with the applicant documentation. <><><><><> MR3: The amount of the funding request was changed from a monthly charge of $7,500.96 to a monthly charge of $7,411.93 to remove: the ineligible service(s) Non-Published Service for $20, Additional Directory Listing for $4.50, Multi-Copy Bill Service for $2, Directory Assistance for $9.96, Operator Assistance for $2.49, Voice MSG for $43.60, Long Distance Admin Charge for $1.48 and Late Payment Charges for $5. <><><><><> MR4: The funding request amount was reduced from a monthly charge of $7,411.93 to a monthly charge of $7,288.95 to remove the costs associated with the ineligible data plans service. Per the FCC Order 14-99, individual data plans or air cards are ineligible unless applicants can demonstrate either that installing a wireless local area network is not physically possible or that individual data plans are the most cost-effective option.
