The student counts associated with the closed entity(ies) have been removed from the application. <><><><><> MR2: According to the FCC Order 14-99, Voice services are subject to a phase down of support beginning in funding year 2015. As a result, the Discount Rate of this FRN was reduced from 60% to 40%.
