FCC rules require applicants to select the most cost-effective provider of the desired products or services eligible for support, with price of the eligible products and services being the most heavily weighted factor in the bid evaluation process. Specifically, the vendor selection documentation provided gives equal weighting to "Price/Cost of the eligible products and services" and "Master State Contract Provider". Therefore, you did not demonstrate compliance with the rules and funding is denied.
