MR1: The category of service was changed from Telecommunications to Voice Services in accordance with Program Rules. According to the FCC Order 14-99, Voice services are subject to a phase down of support beginning in funding year 2015. As a result, the Discount Rate of this FRN was reduced from 90% to 70%. <><><><><> MR2: The Contract Award Date was changed from 3/26/14 to 3/25/14 to agree with the documentation provided during the review of the FCC Form 471. <><><><><> MR3: The FRN was modified from $32,685.86 per month to $17,803.98 per month to agree with the applicant documentation. <><><><><> DR1: The vendor selection documentation provided was created after the Contract Award Date listed on the Form 471. The vendor evaluation process must be completed prior to the Form 471 Contract Award Date.
