MR1: Based on the applicant's request, the One-time Eligible Cost of the FRN's Item 21 was changed from $2,477,910.56 to $2,394,532.22. <><><><><> MR2: BEN BUNGALOW ROAD SCHOOL #33804 was determined to be a temporary location of BEN MURPHEY MIDDLE SCHOOL #33798. Since Category Two budget is determined at a single school level, the main location must list total Number of Students Full or Part Time for the main entity and all its temporary locations. As a result, Total Number of Students Full or Part Time for BUNGALOW ROAD SCHOOL #33804 was changed to 0 and the Total Number of Students Full or Part Time for BEN MURPHEY MIDDLE SCHOOL #33798 was changed to 622, to include the sum of all its full and part time students. Additionally, your FRN Item 21 Line Items #1, 5, 8, 9, 10 and 11 were modified to remove the cost for Category Two funding from the temporary locations BUNGALOW ROAD SCHOOL #33804 and this cost will be added to the Cost Allocation amount of the associated main location MURPHEY MIDDLE SCHOOL #33798. <><><><><> MR3: The amount of the funding request was changed from $2,394,532.22 to $2,361,436.23 to remove the ineligible product(s): AP9630 at $19,429.33, APC9562 at $13,398.66, and installation of ineligible components at $268.00.
