Your FCC Form 471 application included costs for the following ineligible products and/or services: Property Tax Recovery Charge, Invoice Media Player, Voicemail Feature, Operator/Directory Assistance, Non Published Number, DID and Administrative Expense Fee. USAC has appropriately revised your funding request and removed the costs associated with ineligible products and/or services. The FRN was modified from $2,056.63 per month to $17,426.23 per month to agree with the applicant documentation.
