MR1: The amount of the funding request was changed from $3,234.88/month to $1,121.43/month to remove wireless data service $1,109.32, voice data charges $596.25, voice messaging charges $300.00, voice international text messaging $0.25, voice international roaming charges $86.67, voice administrative fee $9.76, and voice cost recovery charge, $11.20. <><><><><> DR1: FCC Rules require applicants to carefully consider all bids submitted by service providers and to choose the most cost effective solution. Documentation provided demonstrates that the applicant did not consider all of the bids that were submitted. Therefore, the applicant has violated the competitive bidding program rules
