The applicant supplied third-party data to support the higher discount; The discount for SUCCESS ACADEMY CHARTER SCHOOL-HARLEM 2 #16075240 was decreased from 90% to 60%; SUCCESS ACADEMY MIDDLE SCHOOL-HARLEM WEST #16075241, SUCCESS ACADEMY CHARTER SCHOOL-BRONX 3 #16075244, SUCCESS ACADEMY CHARTER SCHOOL-CROWN HEIGHTS #16075249, SUCCESS ACADEMY CHARTER SCHOOL-BRONX 2 #16075258, SUCCESS ACADEMY CHARTER SCHOOL-BED STUY 2 #16075264 was decreased from 90% to 80%.
