FCDL Comment:
DR1: During application review, you were asked to demonstrate that you had secured access to the funds needed to pay your full portion of the charges. However, you did not respond to Administrator's request for additional budget information and thus did not demonstrate that funding needed to pay applicant portion of the charges had been secured when you filed your FCC Form 471. <><><><><> DR2: The FRN is denied because the applicant failed to respond to the Administrator's request for additional information regarding Special Compliance Review Information Request. You did not provide sufficient documentation to determine if the entity met program rules requirements for competitive bidding and Item 26 certification. Additionally, since you did not respond to our requests, we could not determine if you had duplicate funding requests that you requested for the same entity from the same providers or from different providers and if you have chosen the most cost effective service provider during the competitive bidding process.
