MR1: Based upon review of your FCC Form 471 application, we were not able to validate your requested rural classification for CREST HILL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. The urban/rural classification is determined by the Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) data from the US Census. This entity is located in a census tract that is considered urban according to "Table Of Rural Areas By State." USAC only uses "Table Of Rural Areas By State" in the SLD web site at http://www.universalservice.org/sl/applicants/step04/urban-rural.aspx to determine Rural/Urban classification. The requested discount will be modified to reflect an urban classification.
