MR1: Based upon review of your FCC Form 471 application, we were not able to validate your requested rural classification for Dildine ES, Carey HS, Henderson ES, East HS, Bain ES, Gilchrist ES, Jessup ES, Davis ES, Mccormick HS, Hobbs ES and Clawson School. The urban/rural classification is determined by the Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) data from the US Census. This entity is located in a census tract that is considered urban according to "Table Of Rural Areas By State." USAC only uses "Table Of Rural Areas By State" in the SLD web site at http://www.universalservice.org/sl/applicants/step04/urban-rural.aspx to determine Rural/Urban classification. The requested discount will be modified to reflect an urban classification. The discount for Dildine ES, Carey HS, Henderson ES, Bain ES, Gilchrist ES will be modified from 70% to 60%; East HS, Davis ES, Mccormick HS, Hobbs ES and Clawson School will be modified from 605 to 50% and Jessup ES will be modified from 50% to 40%. <><><><><> MR2: The shared discount percentage was reduced to a level that could be validated by third party data. <><><><><> MR3: The FRN was modified from $34,690.63/month to $31,729.20/month to agree with the applicant documentation.
