MR1: Based upon review of your FCC Form 471 application, we were not able to validate your requested rural classification for NATRONA COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL, PARK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, MORGAN JR HIGH SCHOOL, SAGEWOOD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, CREST HILL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, C Y JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL, PARADISE VALLEY ELEM SCHOOL, SOUTHRIDGE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, OREGON TRAIL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, VERDA JAMES ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, MANOR HEIGHTS ELEM SCHOOL, WALSH HIGH SCHOOL and POWDER RIVER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. The urban/rural classification is determined by the Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) data from the US Census. The county of NATRONA is urban according to "Table Of Rural Areas By State." USAC only uses "Table Of Rural Areas By State" in the SLD web site at http://www.universalservice.org/sl/applicants/step04/urban-rural.aspx to determine Rural/Urban classification. The requested discount will be modified to reflect an urban classification. <><><><><> MR2: The shared discount percentage was reduced to a level that could be validated by third party data. <><><><><> MR3: The Contract Award Date was changed from 02/26/2013 to 03/01/2013 to agree with the documentation provided during the review of the FCC Form 471.
