MR1: Per Program rules, closed entities are not eligible for funding. The following closed entities were removed from Block 4 of the FCC Form 471 application Fruit Ridge Elementary School#111750, Mark Hopkins Elementary School#111796, and Maple Elementary School#111823. The student counts associated with the closed entities have been removed from the application. <><><><><> MR2: The amount of the funding request was changed from $36,566.44 per month to $36,236.03 per month to remove the ineligible entities; Fruit Ridge Elementary School#111750, Mark Hopkins Elementary School#111796, and Maple Elementary School#111823 for $330.41 per month.
