This entity is located in a census tract that is considered urban according to Table Of Rural Areas By State. USAC only uses Table Of Rural Areas By State in the SLD web site at http://www.universalservice.org/sl/applicants/step04/urban-rural.aspx to determine Rural/Urban classification.
