MR1: This is a new FRN. It was split from FRN 2130074. The new FRN contains the following product(s)/service(s): Server, server components and installation. <><><><><> MR2: Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections FRN was modified from non-recurring charges to recurring charges as required by FCC Rules. <><><><><> MR3: The FRN was modified from a one-time charge of $63,245.84 to a one-time charge of $62,731.80 and a monthly charge of $42.84 to agree with the applicant documentation. <><><><><> MR4: The amount of the funding request was changed from a one-time charge of $62,731.80 and a monthly charge of $42.84 to a one-time charge of $50,185.44 and a monthly charge of $16.10 to remove: Ineligible monthly Smartnet charges of $22.71, one-time application server charge of $12,546.36 and a monthly application server charge of $4.03. <><><><><> DR1: The HANCOCK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, MILLS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, ONTARIO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, OSBORNE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL and VENICE HEIGHTS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL have received Internal Connections funding for 2 out of the last 5 years. Per Program rules, entities are only able to receive support for Internal Connections in two out of every five funding years. According to our records, these entities have received support for Internal Connections funding requests twice in the last five funding years and is, therefore, ineligible for additional support. Consequently, this FRN is denied.
