Bais Ruchel D'Satmar Admin Offices (BEN 16063449), located at 49 Anawana Lake Rd., Monticello, NY, was identified as a multi-use facility that serves, in part, as a place of worship. The rules of this program do not allow for services/products to be provided to a non-school/library building or related non-instructional facility. The entire FRN is denied because this BEN is listed as the recipient of service for the FRN and you failed to respond to the administrator's request to provide a breakout of the costs associated with use of the services by the ineligible place of worship.
