MR1:The Purpose for all FRN Line Items was modified from Internet access service that includes a connection from any applicant site directly to the Internet Service Provider to Data Connection between two or more sites entirely within the applicant’s network to agree with the applicant documentation. ||MR2:The Last Mile Connection Indicator for all FRN Line Items was modified from Yes to No to agree with the applicant documentation. ||MR3:The WAN Indicator for all FRN Line Items was modified from No to Yes to agree with the applicant documentation. ||MR4:The Contract Award Date was changed from 4/1/2018 to 3/19/2018 to agree with the documentation provided during the review of the FCC Form 471.||MR5:The Recipients of Service for FRN Line Item 002 was modified from AAEC-Mesa to AAEC-DISTRICT OFFICE to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR6:The Recipients of Service for FRN Line Item 003 was modified from AAEC-DISTRICT OFFICE to AAEC-Mesa to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR7:Your FRN has been approved with the Contract Expiration Date of 6/30/2022. Although FCC Form 470, RFP and/or contract indicate you were seeking a contract with extensions, your contract does not include a definite end to the number of extensions. Program requirements do not allow for contracts with indefinite terms. Therefore, you must file a new FCC Form 470, evaluate the bids received and sign a new contract with a finite contract term for Funding Year 2022 and onwards for which you will seek this service.
