MR1:FRN Line Item 2099077543.001 was for both License and Fees, Taxes, etc and was split to agree with the applicant documentation. The new FRN Line Item for Fees, Taxes, etc is 2099077543.002 for the amount of $5,409.23. The product or service remaining in the original FRN Line Item is License for the amount of $90,153.90.||MR2:The dollars requested were reduced from $95,563.13 to $92,172.30 to remove costs associated with Pre-K students and services for the following entities Blue Ridge Elementary; Fair Oak Elementary School; James M Brown Elementary School; Keowee Elementary School; Northside Elementary School; Orchard Park Elementary School; Ravenel Elementary School; Tamassee-Salem Elementary School; Walhalla Elementary School; Westminster Elementary School. The application was modified to remove Pre-K students from those entities. Consistent with Federal Communications Commission guidance, state law definitions that apply only for the purposes of receiving E-Rate rate discounts are not acceptable. Therefore, Pre-K remains ineligible in the state of South Carolina.||MR3:In consultation with the applicant, 31684 Tamassee-Salem Elementary School has been removed from FRN 2099077543 Line Item Number 2099077543.001 and 2099077543.002.||MR4:The funding request amount was reduced from $92,172.30 to $90,183.53 to remove the amount that exceeded the Category Two budget set for the following entity: 31684 TAMASSEE-SALEM ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.
