MR1:Based on the applicant's request, 43320 - RALEIGH MIDDLE-HIGH SCHOOL has been removed from the Recipients of Service on the FRN's Product and Service Details and the One-time Eligible Unit Cost of the funding request was changed from $1,399.00 to $1,156.72; entity's Category Two Cost-Allocation was re-allocated to the following entity(ies) in the following amounts: MIZE ATTENDANCE CENTER - 43271 ($423.36), SMITH COUNTY CAREER CENTER - 43319 ($68.22), RALEIGH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - 43322 ($295.45), TAYLORSVILLE SCHOOL - 43346 ($354.14), COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTER - 214792 ($15.55).||MR2:Based on the applicant's request, 43319 - SMITH COUNTY CAREER CENTER has been removed from the Recipients of Service on the FRN's Product and Service Details and the One-time Eligible Cost of the funding request was changed from $1,156.72 to $1,088.50; entity's Category Two Cost-Allocation was re-allocated to the following entity(ies) in the following amounts: MIZE ATTENDANCE CENTER - 43271 ($423.36), RALEIGH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - 43322 ($295.45), TAYLORSVILLE SCHOOL - 43346 ($354.14), COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTER - 214792 ($15.55).||MR3:The funding request amount was reduced from $1,399.00 to $1,088.50 to remove the amount that exceeded the Category Two budget set for the following entity(ies): 43320 - RALEIGH MIDDLE-HIGH SCHOOL.
