DR1:The FCC Form 470 that established the competitive bidding process for this FRN did not include service of this type; therefore, it does not meet the competitive bidding requirements. During the Selective review we determined the products and/or services being requested is for MIBS, however, the FCC Form 470 only posted for Internal Connections. As a result, this FRN will be denied. ||DR2:Applicants are required to conduct a fair and open competitive bid process and to provide the same information to all bidders. Applicants are also required to carefully consider all bids received and select the most cost-effective service offering using price of the eligible goods and services as the primary factor. During the review, it was determined that applicant did not use its vendor selection criteria and process as provided in the vendor selection documentation. Specifically, you did not properly score the bids on your vendor selection documentation according to the prices submitted by each vendor, this FRN will be denied.||DR3:An FCC Form 470 was not posted for requested tariff or month-to-month services for Funding Year 2020. FCC Rules require that requested tariff or month-to-month services be posted on an FCC Form 470 each Funding Year.
