MR1:Based on the applicant’s request, 16078716- CLAY COUNTY 9TH GRADE ACADEMY has been removed from the Recipients of Service on the FRN’s Product and Service Details to remove amount exceeding Category two budget.||MR2:The funding request amount was reduced from $7,629.80; $3,000.00 to $3,629.80; $500.00 to remove the amount that exceeded the Category Two budget set for the following entity(ies): 16021458- CLAY COUNTY MIDDLE SCHOOL and 16025565- CLAY COUNTY ELEMENTARY.||MR3:Based on the applicant’s request, 16021458- CLAY COUNTY MIDDLE SCHOOL has been removed from the Recipients of Service on the FRN’s Product and Service Details to remove amount exceeding Category two budget.||MR4:The amount of the funding request was changed from 3,629.80 to 2,577.16 to remove cost associated with ineligible Firewall Services & Components.
