MR1:The funding request amount was reduced from $17,979.60; $3,598.92; $3,798.86 to $15,981.86; $3,199.04; $3,376.76 to remove the amount that exceeded the Category Two budget set for the following entity(ies): 49078 - Avondale Elementary School, 49116 Charles L Warstler Elementary School.||MR2:Documentation indicates the original service provider for this FRN is SLD INTERIM. However, a SPIN change from SPIN 143666666 to PCMG, Inc. was requested. This request appears to be an Operational SPIN Change. Under the Program procedures, USAC is unable to process requests for pre-commitment Operational SPIN changes. Program rules also require service providers to obtain a SPIN before they provide services to eligible schools or libraries. Therefore, the applicant must request a SPIN Change to a valid SPIN before filing a FCC Form 486.
