DR1:The FRN is denied because the applicant failed to respond to the Administrator's Special Compliance Review Information Request. Specifically, you were asked to provide a copy of all bids received. You did not provide a bid from Time Warner and Spectrum as requested. This information was needed to determine if the entity met Program rules for competitive bidding and the FCC Form 471 Certifications.||DR2:FCC Rules require applicants to retain all documentation for ten years regarding the competitive bidding process. During application review, you were asked to provide all bids associated with this funding request and you were unable to do so. Specifically, you were unable to provide the requested bids from Time Warner and Spectrum. Therefore, this FRN is denied.
