You did not provide any documentation to determine if the entity that filed the E-rate Forms 470 or 471 had received authorization to file on the entity?s behalf.<><><><>DR3: Documentation indicates that you did not have a written Technology Plan at the time the Form 470 was filed. FCC rules require applicants to have a written technology plan at the time the Form 470 is filed, if they are seeking discounts for more than basic wireless and wireline telecommunications services. The technology plan must also cover the funding year during which discounted services are being requested.
