According to the FCC Order 14-99, all Voice Services are subject to a phase down of support beginning in Funding Year 2015. Therefore, this FRN’s reduced discount rate is 0% and FRN is denied.||MR1:Data Transmission and/or Internet Access Services requested in FRN are connected to eligible schools, libraries, and/or NIFs. As a result, the Connection Information questions were modified from “No” to “Yes” on this FRN since services connected to eligible schools, libraries, and/or NIFs are eligible for support.
