DR1:Applicants are required to conduct a fair and open competitive bid process. Applicants are also prohibited from specifying a manufacturer’s name or brand on their FCC Form 470 or in request for proposal (RFP) without also indicating that equivalent services would be considered. During the review, it was determined that an RFP issued specified that any bidder "must be Panduit certified" as a bid requirement and did not allow for equivalent certifications. Therefore, this FRN is denied.||MR1:The funding request amount was reduced from $27,208.00 to $15,686.06 to remove the amount that exceeded the Category Two budget set for the following entity: 108622 LOS CERROS MIDDLE SCHOOL.
