MR1:The amount of the funding request was changed from $301,562.70/year to $293,848.38/year to remove the ineligible product(s) or service(s): CON-SNT-FPR9KSM4 - 19% ineligible, $7714.32.||MR2:Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections FRN was modified from non-recurring charges to recurring charges as required by FCC Rules.||MR3:The amount of the funding request was changed from $293,848.38 to $291,533.98 to remove the ineligible 19% of BMIC from CON-SNT-FPRC93AC and CON-SNT-FPR9KSUP.||MR4:Based on the applicant’s request, the Monthly Recurring Eligible Cost and/or One-time Eligible Cost of the FRN’s Product and Service Detail was changed from $291,533.98 to $2,946.09 per month and $206,354.08 One-Time Cost.||MR5:The Recipients of Service for FRN Line Items 1-3, 5, 8 and 10 were modified to remove George Washington Charter School to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR6:The Recipients of Service for FRN Line Items 2-7, 14 and 15 were modified to remove James Carter School to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR7:The Recipients of Service for FRN Line Items 1-3 were modified to remove John Glenn School to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR8:The Recipients of Service for all FRN Line Items was modified to remove Gerald Ford, JFK, Horizon, Amistad and John Adams Schools to agree with the applicant documentation. ||MR9:Based on the applicant’s request, the One-time Eligible Cost of the FRN’s Product and Service Detail was changed from $293,848.38 to $225,196.10.
