MR1:Based on the applicant’s request, FALC has been removed from the Recipients of Service on the FRN’s Product and Service Details and the Cost allocation of the funding request was changed from $1,058.57 to $0; entity’s Category Two Cost-Allocation was re-allocated to the following entity(ies) in the following amounts: Faribault Junior High School and $3,130.50.||MR2:Based on the applicant’s request, Early Childhood Special Education has been modified from the Recipients of Service on the FRN’s Product and Service Details and the Cost allocation of the funding request was changed from $1,058.57 to $45.21; entity’s Category Two Cost-Allocation was re-allocated to the following entity(ies) in the following amounts: Faribault Junior High school and $2,071.93.
