MR1:Data Transmission and/or Internet Access Services requested in FRN are connected to eligible schools, libraries, and/or NIFs. As a result, the Connection Information questions were modified from “No” to “Yes” on this FRN since services connected to eligible schools, libraries, and/or NIFs are eligible for support.||MR2:Line 1 was modified from $8695 a month to $4695 a month to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR3:Line 2 was created in order to change a portion of the service type requested on FRN 1899021770 from a Fiber DS1 circuit to a Dark Fiber (No Special Construction) circuit for $4000 a month in accordance with Program rules.
