MR1:Based on the applicant’s request, Waynesville High School 76164, has been removed from the Recipients of Service on the FRN’s Product and Service Details and the One-time Eligible Cost of the funding request was changed from $2,019,442.00 to $1,990,911.00.||MR2:The Average Cost per foot of outside plant was modified from $7.09 to $6.99, the Total Strands was modified from 2 to 1188 and the Number of E-rate Eligible Strands was modified from 2 to 132 to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR3:This FRN is modified because services requested are a duplicate of services requested in FCC Form 471 181003052 and FCC Form 471 171023638; FRN 1899004490 and FRN 1799055179. Program rules prohibit USAC from funding the same products and services to the same location in the same funding year. Duplicative recipients of service were removed and FRN was modified from $1,990,911.00 to $1,401,626.00 to remove charges associated with duplicate services.
