MR1:The amount of the funding request was changed from $24,000.00; $1,920.00 to $15,840.00; $396.00 to remove the ineligible product(s) or service(s): DID 100 Numbers, Enhanced Ethernet 100 Mbps, Key Line Hunting, Key Nonrotary, Call Return Business.||MR2:FRN did not support that it was exempt from the requirement to post a FCC Form 470 for low cost, high speed, commercially available Internet Access service. Therefore, FRN was modified to reference the FCC Form 470 posted for internet access by the Billed Entity listed in this application.
