MR1: The site-specific discount for Pre-Engineering SWSC, Stuart-Hobson Middle School, Hardy Middle School, Calvin Coolidge Senior High School, Burroughs Elementary School, District of Columbia Alternative Learning Academy was reduced to a level that could be validated based on third party data. <><><><><> MR2: Reggio Emelio Pre-School SWSC, Roosevelt Adult Education Center, Washington Adult Education Center, Paul Robeson School, Jackie Robinson Center, Rose School have been removed from Block 4 of the Form 471 application at the request of the applicant. <><><><><> MR3: The dollars requested were reduced under FCC guidelines that allow only 33% amortization of up-front capital costs for Service Provider infrastructure per year for three years. <><><><><> MR4: The annual non-recurring (one-time) charge was modified from $2,132,333.33 to $1,241,885.61 to agree with the applicant documentation.
