MR1:The Special Construction State/Tribal Match Percentage was changed from 10% to 5% based on third party data. As a result, the additional E-rate discount match was recalculated and Special Construction State/Tribal Match Discount Rate for this FRN was modified from 90% to 95%.||MR2:The Total Project Plant Route Feet and Average Cost per foot of outside plant were modified from 57,393 feet and $25 to 54,384 feet and $15.23 to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR3:Per FCC Order 14-189, to prevent warehousing of excess fiber capacity, applicants may only receive funding for special construction charges for Lit Fiber or Leased Dark Fiber if it is lit within the same funding year. If excess strands are being installed that will not be lit during the current FY and will be used by an ineligible entity or for an ineligible purpose; the applicant must provide a cost allocation for any variable costs of installing a higher strand cable as opposed to installing the strands needed just for the applicant’s exclusive use. The amount of the funding request was changed from $828,200.00 to $781,179.82 to remove $47,020.18 associated with ineligible excess fiber capacity.||MR4:The Total Eligible Strands for FRN 1699138777 was modified from 2 to 24 to agree with the applicant documentation.
