FCDL Comment:
MR1: The dollars requested were reduced to remove: the charges associated with Remote Service Access $13,800 ($900 per month for 12 months plus $3,000 non-recurring charge) and Conference Services $1,200 ($100 per month for 12 months) which are eligible but are beyond basic telephone service. Therefore, the funding for these two services are being removed since the applicant has not demonstrated that all of the schools receiving the services have secured access to the resources necessary to make effective use of the services. <><><><><> MR2: The FRN was modified from $5,115,600 to $5,100,600 to agree with the applicant documentation.
