MR1: Nine entities were removed from this FRN at the applicant's request. <><><><><> MR2: USAC has determined that an additional entity, BEN 206754 SU Andres Soto Quiones was not eligible for funding due to an undated survey. <><><><><> MR3: Of the remaining ten entities, six are included in this FRN because they have ready dates on or before July 31, 2007. These entities are: Alfonso Casta Martinez Interm, Juan B Huyke, Maxima Mendez (Campamento), S U Marcos Sanchez, S.U. Manuel Mendia Moret, And S.U. Santiago R. Palmer Sup. The four remaining entities are eligible for support as of 08/01/07 and have been moved to FRN 1787022. <><><><><> MR4: The FRN was modified from $4,598.40 per month to $1,379.52 per month with a $2,259.54 one-time charge to agree with the applicant documentation, removal of costs associated with the USAC determined ineligible entity and the costs associated those entities that have been moved to FRN 1787022.
