FCDL Comment:
MR1: The dollars requested were changed to reflect the correct number of eligible entities. At the applicant's request, the number of entities in Block 4 was reduced to 38. USAC then removed 19 additional entities in cases where the applicant failed to show that the schools had completed the necessary surveys and certifications during the fund year. These schools were deemed not ready and are not eligible for support in this fund year. A list of the entities included in this FRN is being sent under separate cover. <><><><><> MR2: The FRN was modified from $480,000 to $152,000 to agree with the applicant documentation.
