MR1: This FRN has been split in order to remove the funding for those entities not eligible for E-rate support as of 01/01/2007. The entities eligible for part of FY2006 have been moved to one of the following FRNs: 1778978, 1778979, 1778980, 1778981, and 1778983 to reflect the appropriate Service Start Date with their respective eligibility dates. A list of the (17) entities included in this FRN, and the new FRNs, is being sent under separate cover. <><><><><> MR2: The FRN was modified from $580,330.00 One-Time Charge and $354,306.72 per month to $6,402.03 One-Time Charge and $3,908.47 per month, based on a per entity one time charge of $376.59 and a per entity monthly charge of $229.91 for 17 entities in January. The same calculations were used in the succeeding moths as follows: 124 entities in February, 145 entities in March, 42 entities in April, 155 entities in May and 47 entities in June to agree with the applicant documentation.
